Prep2Go is built for people who are serious about passing their exam. We offer a 7-day free trial with full access and cancel anytime — that is your risk-free evaluation period.

After the trial ends, your subscription is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal, and access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellations

• Cancel before trial ends to avoid the first charge
• Cancel anytime during an active subscription from your Lemon Squeezy account
• After cancellation, your access stays active until the current billing period ends
• No cancellation fees or lock-in contracts

Refunds

• Prep2Go subscriptions are generally non-refundable after a successful charge
• Use the 7-day free trial as the evaluation period before payment starts
• Anki deck purchases are digital goods and non-refundable after download
• If there is a billing error (duplicate charge, technical issue), contact support for manual review

Exam Postponed? Freeze Instead.

If your exam date changed or was cancelled, you don't need a refund — you need a freeze.

Email support@prep2go.study with your new exam date and we'll pause your access immediately. Your progress, plan, and data will be waiting when you're ready. This is faster than a refund and keeps your preparation intact.
